James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement: Environmental Regimes Applied to the Territory

This course explores the history and context of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (JBNQA). It explains the environmental assessment process applicable in the territory, and addresses the fundamental principles of the Agreement. The course also touches on federal, provincial and Aboriginal responsibilities under the JBNQA.

Individuals involved in projects (funding, licensing, etc.) on the JBNQA territory.
