Declared Model Class Screening Report
Small Scale Water Quality and Habitat Improvement Projects
This report was declared by the Agency as a class screening report on April 17, 2006, following a public comment period held between June 27, 2005 and July 26, 2005.
The Agency acknowledges the commitment of Environment Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada and Transport Canada to use the class screening report for the environmental assessment of all projects to fall within this class. The declaration of this report is effective until April 17, 2011.
