Four downtown Ottawa hotels have been designated as conference hotels. All are located within easy walking distance (10 minutes) of the Symposium venue, and all are offering special rates to Symposium participants. Fees listed are per night, in Canadian dollars; they do not include applicable taxes.

Symposium participants are responsible for making their own reservations, and are encouraged to book as early as possible.
