ETS spacer CCI introduces e-Services!
e-Services provides a new and modern way to communicate and transact business with CCI. By registering for e-Services, you can submit requests for CCI services, track the progress of the work, and access an online version of the CCI Notes in both html and pdf formats. Access to CCI Notes is free for clients in Canada, and can be purchased by foreign clients for a one-time fee of CAN$80.

ETS spacer ETS to be suspended effective April 1, 2008
CCI will be discontinuing Exhibit Transportation Services (ETS) as of April 1, 2008, for operational and administrative reasons. CCI will provide training and advice to assist ETS clients as they make the transition to using private-sector carriers for fine art transportation.

Digital Preservation spacer New policies for CCI services
To improve our service delivery and increase the transparency of our decision-making, CCI has developed a comprehensive services framework that includes clarification of clients eligible for our services, new criteria for assessing service requests, a new revenue generation policy, and an updated fee structure. Information on these policies, which will become effective on April 1, 2007, is now available in the Services section of our Web site.

CCI Research and Development Projects 2006– 2007
CCI's research and development projects reflect the evolving needs of the conservation and heritage communities, and often lead to the development of new conservation treatment techniques. We are pleased to present information on projects being carried out during 2006-2007.

Symposium 2007
Planning is currently underway for Symposium 2007 Preserving Aboriginal Heritage: Technical and Traditional Approaches. Registration fees are now posted, and registration will begin in April 2007.

Important Notice about Internships
The internship program is suspended as a result of ongoing renovations at CCI's main building in Ottawa. When it becomes possible to restart the program, an announcement will be made in this space.
