[1]      Notwithstanding our sympathy for the position advanced by Mr. Taylor, on his own behalf, we are all of the view that the applicant has not demonstrated to us that the Pension Appeal Board made any reviewable error that would justify our interference. We will, accordingly, dismiss the section 28 application for judicial review.
