[1]      This is an application to review and set aside a Judgment of the Tax Court of Canada with respect of whether the Ministers determinations that the applicant was not in insurable employment were incorrect.

[2]      We have not been persuaded that the Tax Court Judge erred in any way to justify the interference of this Court. The application will therefore be dismissed.
