REASONS FOR JUDGMENT OF THE COURT (Delivered from the bench at Montréal, Quebec, on May 7, 2003)
[1] We have not been persuaded that Mr. Justice Rouleau erred in concluding that, in the circumstances of this case, given the term contract between the parties, Radio-Canada's decision to not renew the applicant's contract did not constitute a dismissal and, therefore, that the adjudicator did not have jurisdiction to consider the complaint filed by the applicant under section 242 of the Canada Labour Code.
[2] The appeal will therefore be dismissed with costs.
