[1]      It may be that the applicant is before this Court because of his error in underestimating the significance of the hearing before the Board of Referees which induced him not to call evidence which might have assisted him, but unfortunately it is not open to this Court to admit new evidence at this time.

[2]      Further we can see no error on the record that would justify our intervention. We regret that, pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act provisions, we have no option but to dismiss this application.
