[1] We see no error in how the learned Trial Judge dealt with costs in these matters. The result in the appeal confirms our view. [2] The appeals will be dismissed with one set of costs in favour of The Wellcome Foundation Limited and Glaxo Wellcome Inc. payable equally by Apotex Inc. and Novopharm Ltd. "Marshall Rothstein"
