Government officials studying court decision regarding St. Anthony crab licence The provincial government is examining the implications of last week’s Court of Appeal ruling surrounding the St. Anthony crab licence, said Trevor Taylor, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture. "Staff in the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture and from the Department of Justice are reviewing the details of the court’s decision," said Minister Taylor. "Because of legal and associated sensitivities, I intend to reserve comment on this matter so that government officials can conduct their assessment in an unbiased public environment."
