Location and Directions

The Canadian Museum of Civilization, the Canadian Children’s Museum, and the Canadian Postal Museum are located in Gatineau, Quebec, on the banks of the Ottawa River, directly opposite Parliament Hill. The museum building is easily accessible from downtown Ottawa by foot, public transit, or by car and has on-site parking.

July 1 to

ANNUAL CLOSURE: The Museum will be closed for maintenance from January 7 to 11, 2008. The IMAX® Theatre and the Café du Musée will also be closed.
