Celebrate Canada Day at Library and Archives Canada!

Plan to celebrate Canada Day, Sunday, July 1, with family and friends at 395 Wellington Street. Library and Archives Canada will be offering free entertainment for everyone, especially the kids, including clowns, face painting, balloon shapes, music and storytelling.

Music will be provided by Tito Medina and Amigos, a Guatemalan band. Storytelling for the kids in English and French is sponsored by the CanWest Raise-a-Reader and Le Droit's "J'ai le droit de lire" campaigns.

Take the opportunity to come inside to see the exhibitions on the ground floor. Admission is free.

A celebration is not complete without the cake! Please join us, the fun starts at 11 a.m., rain or shine!
