The Agency, through its Labour Relations Division, serves those employees and employers in the Province who operate within the framework of the collective bargaining system by offering support to both groups, with an emphasis on building constructive relationships. Programs and services include:

• Conciliation, Preventive Mediation, and Interest Based Negotiation;
   

• Appointment of Arbitrators or nominees to arbitration boards, when requested.
