The link below provides secure access for individuals to the CRTC Industry Data Collection System (DCS).
Access to DCS is restricted to authorized Response Managers, Executive Sponsors and their delegated Form Respondents by means of a one-time activation code. If you need to report information to the CRTC but have not have been assigned an activation code, please contact us using the DCS contact form.
The Commission has increased its security with epass Canada authentication, encryption and signing.
