2007-398 3937844
Canada Inc., Calgary, Alberta. RENEWED – Broadcasting licence for the radio
programming undertaking CIQX-FM Calgary, from 1 December 2007 to 29 February
2008.
Telecom Decisions:
2007-105 The
Commission determines that it would not be appropriate to establish a national
policy that requires a network interconnection device to be installed at
residential premises. The Commission will consider the long-standing dispute
between Bell Canada and Vidéotron ltée in an expedited process. Reference:
8622-B2-200602773 and 8622-C12-200704321.
2007-106 The
Commission removes the prohibition on further rate de-averaging for pay
telephone and business services that include single and multi-line business
local exchange services, other capped services, and uncapped services offered
by the large incumbent local exchange carriers. Reference: 8678-C12-200708026.
