1. Recent Public Notices (PN)

To find documents and milestones related to a public proceeding, including the deadline for submitting comments, use the following chart to locate the Public Notice number.  The registration date listed with each Public Notice is the deadline by which interested parties must register with the CRTC. If you are interested in following or participating in a particular proceeding, you can register as an interested party. By doing so, you will receive a copy of each document that is filed for the proceeding.

2. Applications

Applications are organised in two ways to help you find what you're looking for:

• Weekly Report (by date of submission);
• Application type.

Weekly Report
Received Applications Report generates all applications , Tariff , Agreement, Part VII or International licence received in a week. Select the year, month and the week.

Application Type
Select the type of application you are looking for:

• Tariff Application: Refers to any application that will change the rates, charges, rules, regulations, conditions, specifications or requirements related to a regulated company's provision of telecommunications services or facilities to any person.
• Agreement Application: Refers to any agreement involving at least one regulated company for the provision of telecommunications services or facilities. The agreement may, for example, be between a regulated telephone company and a local hydro company and concern the height of telephone line wires and/or the joint use of poles.
• Part VII Application: Refers to an application by any person that is not a tariff application, an agreement application or a subscriber complaint against a regulated company. To help you find the application you are looking for, they are listed by subject.
• International Applications: Refers to an application for a licence to provide international telecommunications services.
