Stakeholder Feedback via the Progressive Licensing Framework Website

Description:
Health Canada is committed to the modernization of the drug regulatory system. Our vision is a progressive regulatory framework based on sound science and risk management that supports timely access to promising new pharmaceuticals and biologics. This new framework would also provide for the continuous monitoring and reassessment of potential safety, quality, efficacy and effectiveness concerns, as well as the adequate evaluation of benefits and risks, throughout the product life-cycle. The Progressive Licensing Project wishes to actively engage with stakeholders and the general public on their values and expectations, and the central tenets of a drug licensing framework.
The purpose of this website is to present the Progressive Licensing Framework to Canadians in a clear and organized fashion and to solicit feedback on the content of the site, the direction of the project and the concerns and issues that stakeholders may have regarding the new framework.
