SRCL IN LOTUS WORDPRO

The link at the bottom of this page will allow you to save a fillable version of the Security Requirements Check List in Lotus WordPro. To save this file, right click on the link and choose "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." to your local drive. You must have Lotus WordPro on your system to access files in that format.

LOTUS WORDPRO CONSIDERATIONS

1. After the document has opened, position your mouse in the "Contract Number" field where it says "Click here to start" in grey text.
   
   
2. Fill in the Contract Number and press TAB to continue to the next field. Continue to TAB from field to field.
   
   While it is possible to position your cursor within a fillable field, it has proven to be very difficult. We suggest that you TAB to each field and fill in, if appropriate, or leave blank and continue TABBING until you have completed the form.
   
   
3. YES/NO blocks.
   Lotus WordPro will not allow special characters such as check marks to be entered into checkboxes.
   
   Please use an "X" to indicate Yes/No selections and when completing the Summary Chart.
   

PROTECTED / CLASSIFIED INFORMATION

If your form contains PROTECTED / CLASSIFIED information, you should not save it to your computer.
