Aboriginal Business Canada

The Aboriginal Business Canada (ABC)   program has been transferred from Industry Canada to Indian and Northern Affairs Canada. ABC's contribution programming continues to deliver business support to First Nation, (Status and non-Status Indians located on or off-reserve), Métis and Inuit entrepreneurs and in all parts of Canada. Service locations remain the same.

The merging of ABC with INAC’s existing economic development programs will bring a more unified approach to Aboriginal economic development and job creation. This will allow the Government of Canada to strengthen existing programs and better assist First Nations, Inuit and Métis people to seize emerging opportunities in the marketplace and increase their participation in the economy.
