Public Tenders

The Department of Transportation publicly tenders contracts for the construction, repair or alteration of land or structures owned or administered by the Crown in respect to the province’s highway network as stipulated under the Crown Construction Contracts Act.

P.O. Box 6000, Room 526, Fifth Floor, King Tower, Kings Place, Fredericton, NB, E3B 5H1. Cheques are to be made payable to the Minister of Finance and are not refundable.
