Your claims and requests for claim searches, whether sent by email, fax, or regular mail, are entered into our system by the date upon which we receive them and are processed in that order.

Because of the very heavy volume of correspondence that we are currently receiving, you can expect a delay of 6 weeks before we respond. We apologize for the delay, and thank you for your patience.
