Information Circulars

By way of a series of topical circulars, the Board describes its processes in layman's terms. At present, there are 10 circulars available to the public.

Forms

The forms can be downloaded for printing purposes. At this time, the Board cannot accept any applications in electronic format as it is not yet ready to receive them. You are asked to continue sending them by fax, by courier or by mail until further notice.
