The Manager, Registry Operations
The Manager, Registry Operations manages the case management operations process, from receipt of a complaint to the rendering of a decision and/or closure of a case file. In addition, the Manager assists the Registrar in administrative duties and acts as Senior Registry Officer for complex cases. Gwen Zappa is the current Manager.
