Use the Language list to select the language in which your search results should be returned. The default selection is "English" on the English search page and "French" on the French search page.
To also narrow your search, try the following commands in the Search box:

| And | Pages containing all of your search words. For example, typing rural AND health will only return pages that contain both of these words. |
| " " (quotation marks) | Pages containing an exact phrase. For example, typing "rural health" will only return pages that contain the phrase "rural health". |
| Not | Pages without a particular word. For example, typing cancer NOT colorectal will return pages that contain the word cancer but not the word colorectal. |
To expand your search using synonyms or alternate spellings, try the following commands in the Search box:

| Or | Pages containing at least one of your search words. For example, typing ASA OR aspirin will return pages that contain one or both terms. |
| * (wildcard) | Pages containing a word that matches a specific pattern of letters. For example, typing alcoho* will return pages containing the words alcohol, alcoholics, alcoholism. |
Searches aren't case-sensitive; using the words geriatrics, GERIATRICS, and Geriatrics will return the same results.
