The Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR) Institute of Population and Public Health (IPPH) in partnership with the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the Centre de recherché en prevention de l'obésité are pleased to announce the results of the Applied Public Health Chair competition.
The objective of this initiative is to:
A total of 21 applications were received for this competition. These applications were reviewed by the CIHR Applied Public Health Chair committee in September 2007. Based on the recommendations of the committee, the IPPH and its partner are proud to announce the funding of 10 Applied Public Health Chairs.
