CANADA’S NEW GOVERNMENT TO ANNOUNCE ADVANCING CANADIAN AGRICULTURE AND AGRI-FOOD PROGRAM FUNDING
OTTAWA, Ontario, April 26, 2007 – Wajid Khan, Member of Parliament for Mississauga-Streetsville, on behalf of the Honourable Chuck Strahl, Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board, will be at the 15th Annual Good Food Festival and Market on Friday, April 27, to announce Advancing Canadian Agriculture and Agri-Food funding to explore market opportunities.
Following the announcement, Mr. Khan will be available to speak to the media.
