SECRETARY OF STATE PARADIS TO MAKE FUNDING ANNOUNCEMENT AT THE NORTH AMERICAN AGROFORESTRY CONFERENCE

OTTAWA, Ontario, June 11, 2007 – The Honourable Christian Paradis, Secretary of State for Agriculture, will be in Sainte-Foy, on June 12, to speak at the 10th North American Agroforestry Conference. The Secretary of State will announce Advancing Canadian Agriculture and Agri-Food funding for the research consortium ÉcoRessources Consultants.

Following his address, the Secretary of State will be available to speak to media in the Agora.
