MINISTERS STRAHL AND BELL TO ANNOUNCE FUNDING FOR B.C. TREE FRUIT AND GRAPE INDUSTRIES
OTTAWA, Ontario, July 12, 2007 – The Honourable Chuck Strahl, Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board, and British Columbia Minister of Agriculture and Lands Pat Bell, will be in Kelowna on Friday, July 13, to announce federal-provincial funding to assist British Columbia’s tree fruit and grape industries. The Ministers will be available to speak to media following the announcement.
