Julie Taylor
Senior Economist, CMHC
Julie Taylor has her B.A. in Financial Economics and M.A. in Economics from Carleton University. She joined CMHC five years ago as a Senior Economist/Market Analyst in the Market Analysis Centre where she contributes to a wide range of publications with specialization in renovation. Prior to joining CMHC, she worked as an Economist for Informetrica Ltd. specializing in quantitative economic research.

Ted Tsiakopoulos
Regional Economist, CMHC
Ted Tsiakopoulos leads a team of market analysts in Ontario and is responsible for the forecasting and analysis of both economic conditions and housing conditions across the province. He is frequently quoted in print and television media. Ted has delivered a number of presentations on the state of the housing market to key client groups, including the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario; the Urban Development Institute; the Ontario Home Builders' Association; the Toronto Real Estate Board; and, the Toronto Association for Business and Economics. Ted has an MA in Economics from York University and also studied at the London School of Economics in the U.K.

Erica McLerie
Market Analyst, CMHC
Erica is responsible for analyzing economic and housing conditions in the Kitchener area. Previously, Erica was CMHC's Market Analyst for the St. Catharines – Niagara and the Oshawa CMAs. Erica has more than 14 years of market research experience and holds a B.Sc. in mathematics from the University of Toronto.
