NEW! — CMHC has developed a NEW course to train builders, renovators, cleaning contractors, property managers and others on how to deal with mold. The new Mold Remediation Workshop fills the gap for a service needed by homeowners whose homes are contaminated by mold. At present, existing services are few and available only from large companies. CMHC has developed affordable training on how to clean-up mold safely and properly, correct the causes and prevent mold from recurring. This Workshop will increase the number of trained housing professionals who can provide this service to the public.
