IBP Notice
The Interactive Business Planner (IBP) is a free Internet-based application designed as a self-service tool for entrepreneurs in the creation of a 3-year business plan. The information contained in it may not be suitable for your purposes.
The IBP is not intended to replace legal, accounting or other professional services or advice. You may want to consult a professional business counsellor or seek out accounting advice before completing your business plan. The Canada Business Service Centres can provide you with a list of resources to help you fulfill your financial and business planning requirements. Please contact the nearest Canada Business Service Centre.
All technical questions relating to the operation of the IBP should be directed to ibp@cbsc.org.
Before you can start a new business plan or open an existing plan, you need to register. If you are a new user, choose a username and password that you will remember and fill out the boxes below. Remember to re-enter your password in the "Verify Password" box. A username must be at least five characters and a password must be six or more characters.
If you are already registered, click on the "Sign-In" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
Remember your username and password. You will need it to access your business plan in the future.
