Please use the link at the bottom of this page to send us your photograph. Note that we must have contact information from you in case there are questions about your photograph.
Our normal procedure when we use submitted photos is to give the photographer a credit in this format: Photo: Mary Q. Public. If you do not wish a photo credit please indicate that in your email.
Your photo will be examined by our news team, who will decide on its suitability for publication. We cannot guarantee that your photo will be used. Due to the number of submissions received we cannot guarantee that we will tell you if your photo will be published.

Everyone who submits a photograph for our program must be Canadian and must read and agree to the following release.
If you are under 18 years of age (or 19 for certain provinces), a parent or legal guardian must agree to the terms of this agreement on your behalf.

I own this Photograph, and I own all the rights, including copyright, necessary to submit this Photograph to CBC and its partners.
I am the sole owner of copyright on this Photograph, and I understand that I am granting CBC and its partners the nonexclusive right to use it in any way that CBC and its partners sees fit.
I consent to indemnify CBC and its partners against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against CBC and its partners arising out of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement.

Participants who have modeled or posed in the photo have assigned all relevant rights to me.
