Minister Finley addresses representatives of educational institutions in Mumbai

Ottawa, November 3, 2007 — The Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration delivered a keynote address to representatives from educational institutions at a roundtable meeting on Saturday, November 3, in Mumbai, India.  A copy of her speech is available on the website.   

Next week, the Minister will be in New Delhi where she will continue to raise awareness of Canada’s efforts to attract and retain skilled individuals from around the world.
