Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is providing an opportunity for homeowners and private entrepreneurs owning residential properties in Ontario under the Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP).

Limited funds are available to assist in the creation of affordable, self-contained secondary suites and garden suites for low-income seniors and disabled adults. Act now: As program funding is limited, prospective applicants are encouraged to submit applications at the earliest opportunity.
