 Testimonials

Lyliane Tchatchoua (Radio Analyst)
I joined the Commission in June 2006, and have never regretted my decision. With a degree in Political Communication and Journalism, I was hired after passing the post-secondary recruitment exams. As a member of the policy-writing team I draft policies that balance the interests of the different parties. As a young professional, my ideas are always valued by my team.

Joëlle Bernier (Senior Analyst, Telecommunications)
I started working at the CRTC while completing my university degree in Finance. I quickly realized that the CRTC was an employer of choice among students: the work hours and the workload were flexible to my school schedule, with a priority given to school work, particularly during exam periods. The work the CRTC has to offer is very interesting. Not only do I get a chance to work on different files on a daily basis, but each day also brings new and rewarding challenges.

Raj Shoan (Senior Advisor to the Chairman)
My employment with the CRTC has been constantly evolving and never dull. From my exposure to policy development to practising law with the Legal Directorate to my current position as Senior Advisor to the Chairman, the CRTC has provided me with opportunities for growth far surpassing what I could have found in any other public or private organization. The Canadian broadcasting and telecommunications industries are on the cusp of one of the most interesting stages of their development in Canadian history. If you find the prospect of experiencing that transition firsthand exciting, then the CRTC is the place for you!
