Who serves Canada's grain producers?

Winnipeg is home to a number of major organizations providing services to Canada's grain producers. These services range from developing and testing new varieties of wheat and barley to showing domestic and international customers the benefits of buying Canadian grain, and to actually selling that grain and maintaining the high quality of our grain exports. But which organization is responsible for what service?
