A: INFORMATION GATHERING
7. INDIRECT COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING2
Programs or program material produced either outside or in created settings must not be used to carry indirect commercial advertising.
Outside the studio, care should be taken to avoid the exposure of advertising signs or other types of commercial identification in program content. Where this is impossible it is the responsibility of the producer or director or both to play down as much as possible such extraneous commercial exposures.
