[2006-04-13] OTTAWA, April 13, 2006 The Honourable John Baird, President of the Treasury Board of Canada, tabled the proposed Federal Accountability Act on April 11, 2006, taking action to earn back the trust of Canadians. This will be the topic of Minister Baird's address to the Burlington Chamber of Commerce on April 18, 2006 at the Holiday Inn, Burlington. Minister Baird will
