Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA) Email Subscription Services

March 27, 2006.

Corporations Canada is now offering a new service that allows subscribers to receive reminder notices for CBCA Annual Returns (Form 22) that will advise them by email as to when to file their annual returns. These reminders will replace those normally sent by traditional mail.

1. file annual returns;
2. make changes regarding their registered office address or the board of directors; and
3. submit Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Continuance.
