Canada Saskatchewan Infrastructure Program (CSIP) Applications for funding are no longer being accepted. The Canada Saskatchewan Infrastructure Program (CSIP) is a five-year (2001-2006) program announced by the federal government in the 2000 budget to create a national physical infrastructure program. The CSIP has been structured to reflect both Canada's and Saskatchewan's commitment to improving the quality of life for all Canadians.
