Mary Karamanos: Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Mary Karamanos, who joined BDC in 2002, is responsible for developing and implementing BDC's human resources strategy.

She has more than 20 years' experience in strategic human resources and has held senior positions at Corby Distilleries in Canada and Allied Domecq, Spirits and Wine, U.S.A. She holds a BA in Industrial Relations from McGill University and the Certified Compensation Professional designation from World at Work. She is active in the community and supports a number of children's charities.
