Roger Giraldeau: Vice President, Subordinate Financing
Mr. Giraldeau joined the BDC in 1998. As Vice President, Subordinate Financing, he has the responsibility of the eight BDC Subordinate Financing teams across Canada.

Mr. Giraldeau has more than 30 years of experience in corporate financing. Before joining BDC, he held the position of Vice President, Investments for the Fonds de solidarité FTQ. He also held vice president positions at the Mercantile Bank of Canada and CAFA Financial Corporation, a small investment bank he started with two partners. At the beginning of his career in the 70s, Mr. Giraldeau was employed by BDC. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of many publicly traded companies.
Mr. Giraldeau holds an MBA from Concordia University.
