Employee Surveys

Since becoming an Agency in 1999, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has conducted two Employee Surveys - in 2002 and 2005. Both Surveys were identical and were designed to obtain employees' views on a range of issues related to their work and well-being in the workplace. The results of these Surveys are being used to make continuous improvements at the CRA.
