Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada, addresses the crowd during a meeting she hosted at Rideau Hall, where 130 young people aged 15 to 17 presented her with the results of their work. These young people were taking part in the “Flash Drive: A Capital Assignment” youth forum in the nation’s capital. Videos on the environment, cultural diversity and the youth culture were screened in the Rideau Hall Ballroom, and a discussion on the themes addressed followed.
