Order of Military Merit Investiture Ceremony

The Order of Military Merit was created in 1972 to recognize meritorious service and devotion to duty by members of the Canadian Forces. Vice-Admiral D.W. Robertson, C.M.M., M.S.M., C.D., received the insignia of Commander from Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaėlle Jean, Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada, during an investiture ceremony at Rideau Hall on Friday, November 9, 2007.
