EDC’s website is the primary source for information on EDC and its services, and for providing information under the terms of the Corporation’s Disclosure Policy (PDF Format).If you are seeking information that is not available on the EDC website, you can make a request by telephone, fax or electronic mail.

Requests will be processed within a reasonable period of time. In the event that searching for and providing the information will incur expenses to EDC, the requestor will be responsible for those expenses consistent with the Government of Canada’s Recovery and Charging Policy established by Treasury Board. Requestors will be notified of any charges before they are incurred.
