Welcome to the web site of Canada's National Contact Point for the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises

Canada's National Contact Point (NCP) is an interdepartmental committee of the federal Government, comprising representatives from the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Industry Canada, Human Resources and Social Development Canada, Environment Canada, Natural Resources Canada, the Department of Finance and the Canadian International Development Agency. The role of the NCP is to promote awareness of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (the "Guidelines") and ensure their effective implementation.

This web site provides an overview of the Guidelines and access to its official texts. It also contains information about the structure and main responsibilities of Canada's NCP. Telephone, facsimile and e-mail coordinates are provided should you wish to contact us.
