The awards were presented at the 29th Annual General Meeting and Awards
Banquet held at Greenwood Inn and Suites in Corner Brook on October 13, 2007.
Each year in Newfoundland and Labrador, the nearly 1000 members of the Canadian
Coast Guard Auxiliary respond to over 100 calls for assistance from mariners in
peril and donate over 6000 hours in support of maritime search and rescue activities
in this province.
