now forbidden due to toxicity, in accordance with the prohibition order
mentioned below, and pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Management of
Contaminated Fisheries Regulations, in the following shellfish areas:

From the southern point of Anse Chouinard to the western point of Anse aux
Français.
