Self-service kiosks

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has made some changes to the forms and publications delivery service.

Self-service kiosks are located in CRA tax services offices across Canada. The kiosks stock small quantities of the most frequently requested CRA forms and publications. If you need more than 25 of any form or publication, please use the other methods of getting forms and publications.
